Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
- United States: 5–7 business days
- Canada: 7–10 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7–12 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 8–14 business days
Shipping rates
Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $50 ship free within the United States.
Order tracking
Every order includes tracking. If you don't receive tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact support@furfree.com within 14 days and we'll make it right.
